Primary Care Services
Delivered by: Dual-certified nurse practitioners
What it covers
- Whole-person primary care for residents in treatment
- Annual physicals, chronic disease management, acute visits
- Labs, vitals, medication reconciliation, and referrals
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Coordinated with behavioral health — one record, one team
- In-person and telehealth visits
Service 03
Clinical Directorship
Delivered by: Licensed LMFT (Marriage & Family Therapist)
What it covers
- Remote clinical supervision of facility therapists
- Routine chart reviews and case consultation
- Accreditation and survey readiness support
- Clinical training and team development
- Documentation standards and quality oversight

MAT Services
A dedicated clinic offering medication-assisted treatment, including monthly Sublocade injections for opioid use disorder. Built to integrate with partner facility referrals.
TMS Therapy
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for treatment-resistant depression and OCD — deployed inside partner facilities in California, Texas, and Arizona through a shared-space model.
Neuro Diagnostics
qEEG brain mapping and at-home sleep studies, identified through partner facility and primary care touchpoints. Read by a sleep medicine physician.
